The DOT app was pulled off the app store over a year ago, and I knew this was because Clue purchased it, so I've been waiting for this announcement.
What makes fertility awareness different than most (maybe all?) other methods is that it requires daily attention to detail in the pre-ovulatory part of the cycle.
I just got this in the mail 🥰
Especially in the land of Instagram, it is common to share things without researching to see if the information is correct. I see some common fallacies in this community, and all could be solved by following the research.
I recently completed my teaching certification for the Billings Ovulation Method through the Billings Ovulation Method Association in the USA (BOMA). This is a cervical mucus / sensation only method that has been taught for over fifty years in over 120 countries.
