On this lovely Saturday, I have flowers outside my window.

At least once a month someone on the internet tells me that they "just know" their body and "felt the moment when they ovulated." And then they usually get mad at me when I tell them they need actual evidence.

When is the best time to learn a fertility awareness based method?

Because fertility awareness is not recognized by the mainstream medical establishment, this means that you have to be careful to find a teacher who was adequately trained and is not just claiming to be an educator because they read a book on the topic 🧐
